Why do Salesforce records not appear on a Mailchimp confirmed opt in list?
By default, Mailchimp does not display a member that has been added to a double or confirmed opt-in list when viewing the audience. You can search for the email address, which will show pending. The same is true should you add a record for Salesforce using our integration.
However, you can still view these records in Salesforce via the Members section of the Audience record. You will notice a pending status, click the dropdown menu on the right and select View in Mailchimp.
