What happens if I try to import archived records via the data wizard?
The import wizard includes a setting on the last page: Filter Archived Members.
If enabled, we will not re-import or update archived members, even if they appear in the import source.
If disabled, any archived members in the import source will be set back to active in Mailchimp.
Note: When the wizard runs, archived members are filtered out based on their status in Salesforce at the time, not Mailchimp. To use this feature effectively, we recommend that the primary sync run hourly to keep member records up to date.
