Can you unsubscribe custom email addresses?
There are three ways to unsubscribe all emails, including any custom email fields:
Membership Component: All emails that are subscribed to your audiences are displayed on the Membership Component. You can manage all these by clicking Manage Lists. Choose the account and email field to edit, then move the audience member from Subscribed to Unsubscribed.
Manual Unsubscribe: Next to the membership record, there is a dropdown menu. Click on it to view the record directly in Mailchimp and unsubscribe. After returning to Salesforce, you can click the refresh icon to update the component. The record will also automatically sync and update after a short while.
Automated Process: If you’d like to automate the unsubscribe process, you can utilize one of our invocable actions to update the record when it meets your chosen criteria automatically.
