Do you support ICU Locale formats?

Yes, we have completed extensive testing with ICU locale formats, and everything functions as expected. If you or your users encounter any unexpected behavior, please let us know. 

Release update information

If you have received a notification stating that the ICU locale formats release update could not be enabled due to Apex classes, triggers, or Visualforce pages using an API version lower than 45.0, please see the following: 

Older versions of our product consist of two packages:

• Campaign Monitor for Salesforce, which remains essential and is fully compatible with ICU locale formats.

• Premium Campaign Monitor for Salesforce, which is no longer needed and can be safely uninstalled.

If you are looking to comply with the message from Salesforce and reduce any potential conflicts, you can safely remove Premium Campaign Monitor for Salesforce from your org without impacting functionality.

Import Note: The latest version of Campaign Monitor for Salesforce will now automatically uninstall the premium package during the first primary sync after the version upgrade. If the uninstall link is greyed out, make sure you are running version  7.107.0 or higher.
