A record is not being created in Salesforce how can I troubleshoot?
If a record is not being created you check why using the following steps:
- Go to the Subscriber List in Salesforce.
- Click on the Members screen.
- Click the Email Audit button.
- Type in the email address of the record not being created.
- Click Validate
This will give you immediate feedback on why the record could not be added.
